North River Church is Reopening! Here is some important information you need to know:
When will North River Church reopen?
North River Church will begin a phased reopening plan beginning Sunday, September 20.
What Does Phase One Reopening Include?
Phase One includes 1 physical service at 9AM, with a maximum of 75 people allowed to attend. KidsZone will not be open during Phase One, and children will count as part of the 75 people limit. Staff/Volunteers who are part of the service will count as part of the 75 people limit as well. Groups/Meetings can begin meeting in the building the week of September 21.
How can I be part of the 75 people who attends a service?
We are in the process of setting up an RSVP system. To attend a service you will need to register during the week of the upcoming service. Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Those who register will need to check-in when they arrive at North River on Sunday morning.
How can my group meet at the church? Small Group and Ministry leaders who wish to meet at the church will need to register. Once registered, you will be assigned a room/location to meet based on group size, and availability.
Who should not attend North River Church?
Anyone who is experiencing any symptoms such as fever (100.0 and above) or chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue, headache, muscle/body aches, runny nose/congestion, new loss of taste or smell, or nausea, vomiting or diarrhea
Anyone who has had “close contact” with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19. “Close contact” means living in the same household as a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, caring for a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, being within 6 feet of a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 for 15 minutes or more, or coming in direct contact with secretions (e.g., sharing utensils, being coughed on) from a person who has tested positive for COVID-19, while that person was symptomatic
Anyone who has been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by their doctor or a local public health official.
What are your safety and cleaning protocols?
We will follow ALL guidelines given by State for Social Distancing and Cleaning. Masks will be required in the building. 6-foot social distancing will be required as well. The Worship Center and Lobby will be cleaned after each service. The building will be professionally cleaned 2 times a week, and will be disinfected with an Electrostatic Sprayer weekly. Groups will be required to wipe down their space after use. Click this link (Safety Standards Summary) for more state guidelines.
I’m not comfortable attending North River Church in person at this time, what can I do?
No worries! While some folks are eager for North River Church to physically reopen, we recognize those who prefer not to attend during this time. We will continue to provide a LiveStream option for all services. This is part of our Hybrid strategy moving forward.
How long with Phase One last? When will you move to Phase Two?Additional Phases will be introduce to increase to 50% building capacity, Reopen KidsZone will be contingent upon the success of Phase 1, and state mandates.
